Privacy

What we collect, why, and what we will not do. Short, because we do not collect much.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, email and message when you write, ask about the camp, or join the list.
• Order details if you buy something: what you ordered, and the delivery address it has to reach.
• Basic site statistics — which pages are read, roughly where from. Counts, not dossiers.

What we do with it

We answer you, send what you ordered, and — only if you asked — tell you when something opens. That is the whole list.

What we will never do

We do not sell your details, and we do not rent them. No advertising network, no data broker, no “partners”. If we ever need to share something with a supplier in order to deliver what you bought — a printer, a courier — they get only what the job requires and nothing further.

How long we keep things

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Correspondence while it is useful. The mailing list until you leave it, which is one click in every email.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@korainstrument.com and we will answer within 30 days. We will not make you justify the request.

Cookies

What the site needs to work, and a basic count of visits. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

Where your data sits

On servers in Europe, with providers who are themselves bound to protect it.

Children

This site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If a young person is learning with us, the account and the correspondence belong to a parent or guardian.
